Song will be a partner in Constangy's Orange County, California, office, the firm said in a Feb. 2 statement.
During his time as a partner at CDF Labor Law, he counseled employers on workplace discrimination and harassment claims, California's Private Attorneys General Act, and wage-and-hour class actions.
He also spent five years in Ogletree Deakins' Costa Mesa office and worked as a staff attorney at the California Occupational Safety & Health Appeals Board.
Song's "dedication to defending employers in a variety of employment matters, his specialization in California/OSHA law, and his background in defending employers against discrimination and wage-hour class actions further enhance our team," said Ken Sulzer, managing partner in the firm's Los Angeles office.
