(February 23, 2024) - Legal advisory firm Factor has hired Daniel Marks, a former executive at Norton Rose Fulbright, as a vice president and U.K./Europe market lead.

Marks will operate from Factor's London office and oversee client relationships in the European life sciences, technology, services, and consumer and industrial sectors, the firm said in a Feb. 15 statement.

He previously was co-head of Norton Rose Fulbright's legal managed services business in London and held leadership positions at EY Law, Thomson Reuters and Citi.

Marks' appointment comes after Alan Angell and Isla Tucker joined Factor's U.K. leadership team as global banking and capital markets industry leader and financial services delivery executive, respectively.

The three executives "bring a valuable and rare mix of skills spanning legal experience, technology awareness and deep understanding of our clients' problems," Factor co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer Chris DeConti said.
