(September 28, 2023) - Attorney Rebecca J. Olson has joined Greenberg Traurig's Sacramento, California, office.

Olson, whose practice focuses on matters involving political campaigns, elections and nonprofits, will be a shareholder in Greenberg Traurig, the firm said in a Sept. 26 statement.

Olson was previously with Miller & Olson, a firm she founded.

In addition to helping clients set up and manage political action committees and 501(c) organizations, Olson has provided guidance on ballot measure initiatives and California's Political Reform Act, the statement said. She has also represented clients before the state Fair Political Practices Commission and provided advice on compliance with federal and state lobbying restrictions, Greenberg Traurig said.

"After managing my own firm for more than a decade, I am thrilled to join a powerhouse like Greenberg Traurig," Olson said in the statement.
