(March 21, 2024) - Greenberg Traurig LLP has added Nicholas J. Diamond to its health care and FDA practice group in Houston.
As a shareholder, Diamond will focus on legal matters across the food, health care, life sciences, medical device and technology sectors, the firm said in a March 20 statement. He joins Greenberg Traurig after a stint as a partner in Jackson Walker LLP's Houston office.
Diamond also served as global health practice leader and a director at Crowell & Moring LLP's global advisory affiliate, C&M International LLC, in Washington, D.C., from 2021 to 2022.
He previously advised government and private entities on Affordable Care Act matters as a senior health policy analyst at Mitre Corp. and as a senior consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton Inc., among other positions.
Richard A. Rosenbaum, executive chair at Greenberg Traurig, said Diamond's "transactional experience and proven track record coupled with his vast knowledge of federal regulations will further strengthen our offerings and provide immense value to clients navigating complex regulatory and transactional matters."
