(April 23, 2024) - Consumer product defense attorney Will Wagner has returned to Greenberg Traurig LLP nearly three years after his initial stint with the firm.
A member of Greenberg Traurig's Proposition 65 and green chemistry practice group, Wagner joins its Sacramento, California, office as a shareholder, the firm said in an April 18 statement.
He advises companies on consumer product defense, including cases involving Proposition 65, California's law requiring businesses to provide warnings about chemical exposure; per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances; greenwashing; and false advertising.
Wagner returns to Greenberg Traurig after serving as a senior associate at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP.
